Fiji Travel Club – Vendor Disclaimer

By partnering with Fiji Travel Club (FTC), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Independent Operations

All vendors associated with FTC operate as independent businesses. Fiji Travel Club acts solely as a promotional and referral platform and does not own, manage, or control the services or operations of any vendor.

2. Quality Assurance & Complaints

Vendors are expected to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. If FTC receives verified complaints from members regarding a vendor’s conduct, service quality, or booking practices, FTC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership without notice.

3. Direct Transactions

All transactions and bookings made by FTC members are conducted directly with the vendor. FTC is not involved in payments, negotiations, or service delivery. Vendors are responsible for setting and honoring their own pricing, policies, and availability.

4. Accuracy of Information

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their services, pricing, promotions, and availability. Any changes must be communicated promptly to ensure the integrity of FTC’s listings and member communications.

5. Use of Branding and Intellectual Property

Vendors may display the Fiji Travel Club logo only in conjunction with approved marketing materials or listings and must not imply ownership or exclusive affiliation. Any misuse of FTC branding may result in removal from the partner network.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fiji Travel Club is not liable for any damages, disputes, losses, or claims arising from member interactions, bookings, or services rendered by vendors. Each vendor assumes full responsibility for their business practices and customer service.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

Vendors agree not to collect, share, or misuse FTC member information. Any use of member data must comply with local and international privacy laws. FTC does not share member data with vendors unless expressly permitted by the member.

8. Right to Amend

Fiji Travel Club reserves the right to update or revise this disclaimer and its vendor policies at any time. Continued participation as a vendor indicates agreement with the most current version of these terms.
